I'm Sreej — a program designer focused on building structured support systems for early-stage founders and entrepreneurial communities.

I've spent my career at the intersection of learning design and scaling impact. At an Indian-first school edtech platform, I scaled operations and learning outcomes across 300+ schools serving 1M+ students. At a nonprofit, I worked on operationalizing policy pathways for vocational education. At Stanford, I studied Learning Design and Technology, exploring how to design systems that help people clarify thinking and accelerate growth.

Now at StartX, I design the scaffolding that helps founders find clarity, connect with peers, and move faster.
